Pastor Jason Carson's passionate talk delves deep into the unexpected challenges and moments of clarity he's experienced throughout his spiritual journey. He shared his heartfelt appreciation for the church community and particularly for individuals like Eddie, whose kindness and spiritual depth have provided solace during challenging times.

Pastor Carson recounted a series of events from his life: from the car troubles and personal struggles he faced in the recent weeks to the profound impact of his week at Forest Home Camp, where he witnessed a hundred kids finding their faith. He reminisced about his early life, his transformative experience at Forest Home as a teenager, and his eventual path from being a drummer to embracing a life in ministry.

Pastor Jason highlighted his journey from joining a band with a mission, the Supertones, to touring worldwide spreading the message of God’s love. This path led him to roles within the church, first focusing on youth and later transitioning to broader church responsibilities.

But it wasn't always smooth sailing. He faced moments of doubt and felt sidelined in his own church. During a particularly tough period, he recalled questioning God's purpose for him and feeling abandoned. But through prayer and reflection, clarity emerged. In a quiet moment, he felt a strong calling from God to plant a church.

This message both terrified and motivated Pastor Jason. Despite his apprehensions about the challenges of starting a church, he recognized the profound importance of following God's call.

He closed with an invitation for everyone to reflect on their relationship with God, and to be open to the unexpected directions life might take when one is led by faith.
